Company

A small company doing work that usually needs a department.

02  /  Representative

Go Kyono

Managing Member of TechJapan LLC. Before founding it: IT consulting for publicly listed Japanese companies, then Director and CTO of a company capitalized at over 500 million yen, then CEO of a Thai corporation.

Fifteen years and more than a hundred companies of digital transformation work, most of it in Southeast Asian manufacturing, across IT, finance and accounting, human resources and labor, and production management. Over 1,500 on-site interviews — which is where the conviction behind this company came from: the plans were rarely wrong, and the data underneath them almost always was.

  • Digital Promotion Officer appointed by the Digital Agency of Japan
  • Member of the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence
  • Legal Data Utilization Award, Digital Agency Law x Digital Hackathon 2025
  • Speaks Japanese, English and Thai

03  /  How we work

Four commitments, stated so you can hold us to them

The person who scopes the work does the work

There is no account layer between you and whoever is writing the code. That is a constraint as much as a promise: it bounds how many engagements can run at once, and we would rather turn work down than staff it with strangers.

The starting price is published

From JPY 30,000, tax excluded, quoted in writing per agreed scope before work starts. No setup fee, no discovery phase that exists to justify the invoice. If a subsidy applies, we say so, because it lowers your cost rather than ours.

Handover is inside the scope

The exit condition is written down before the work starts. A dependency we could have removed and did not is a failure, not an annuity.

We say what has not been built

Our own product page keeps what is built apart from what is only designed, and the record behind it — the specification, the measurements and the limits — is published in full at h-c.ai. If we are willing to publish that about software we are trying to sell, you can expect the same accounting on your project.

Next

Bring a problem, not a brief.

The most useful first conversation is about what is currently going wrong, not about what you have already decided to build. It is free, and so is the written scope that follows.
