Three products we wrote and operate — two in production, one in development — an award-winning project, and the scope of contract work. Every claim below is something you can use, something a third party published, or a number we measured ourselves and publish with its conditions.

Built and operated in house
Hadano AI Cabinet — in development
An evidence-first knowledge base for AI agents, published at h-c.ai: a character-trigram index ranked by BM25, then a one-hop graph walk seeded by at most three matched chunks, with every hit returned as a verbatim slice of the stored original and served to agents over the Model Context Protocol. Measured at nDCG@10 of 0.58 on SciFact for the keyword stage — a public benchmark, published as a floor rather than a comparison. v2 is in development on a storage engine we wrote in C, tested on Windows x64 and Linux x64, and not installable today; the record is kept at h-c.ai, which the product page links rather than restates.
Pasha Kintai — in production since February 2026
Attendance management for small Japanese manufacturers: photograph the paper timesheet, and AI-OCR produces a record aggregated under Japanese labor law, with a correction workflow that names its approvers. Launched February 2026; a labor-consultant integration followed in July 2026.
MiiHawk — in production
Shuttle bus dispatch optimization for factories in Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. NFC and QR boarding data collected on ordinary phones, then a minimum-cost dispatch plan from a mathematical optimization engine. Works offline and syncs later. Reported effect: up to 40 percent less shuttle bus cost, per a customer case published on miihawk.com.

After a disaster, the support a household is entitled to is scattered across national programs, prefectural programs and municipal programs, each defined in its own statute, and nobody in the middle of a disaster is in a position to reconcile them. Fukko Compass reads that legal data, works out which programs apply to a specific household’s situation, and says what to do next and in what order.
It is the same problem this company exists to solve, in its most consequential form: the knowledge was public the whole time, and unusable because it was never structured.

Contract engagements run on the technology and the people that build the products above. That is deliberate: we are unwilling to recommend an architecture we do not operate ourselves.
