Nearly every offshore engagement that goes wrong goes wrong the same way: the specification that crossed the border assumed a shared context that did not exist. What arrives is exactly what was written, which is not what was meant, and the argument that follows is unwinnable because both sides are right.
So the specification is the deliverable we take responsibility for. It is written to be read by someone who does not share your assumptions, and it is the same document acceptance testing is run against. Our representative served as CEO of a Thai corporation and we operate our own SaaS across five Southeast Asian countries, which is the experience this is built on rather than a claim about it.

A good fit
- Medium or larger builds where the specification can be settled before implementation
- Systems with an ongoing maintenance life, where a standing team is cheaper than repeated onboarding
- Work that can be described precisely enough to be tested against
A bad fit
- A few screens. The coordination cost exceeds the build cost, and we will propose direct domestic development or kintone instead
- Work whose requirements are genuinely still being discovered — do that phase close to the people who have the questions
- Anything where speed of iteration matters more than unit cost
