# What has shipped, what is in development — with sources.

Four products we wrote and operate — three in production, one in development — an award-winning project, and the scope of contract work. Every claim below is something you can use, something a third party published, or a number we measured ourselves and publish with its conditions.

## What those figures mean

| | |
| --- | --- |
| 15 years, 100+ companies | Cumulative record of the representative, [Go Kyono](https://x.com/kyonogo), including his time in IT consulting for listed companies, as Director and CTO, and as CEO of a Thai corporation. It is a person’s record, not the company’s, and we label it that way |
| 4 products | Hadano AI Cabinet (in development); relay, Pasha Kintai and MiiHawk (all in production). Specified, built and operated by us |
| 4 press features | Nikkei Construction, Gekkan Soumu Online, VOIX biz, O!Product AI. All four are linked below |
| 1 award | Legal Data Utilization Award, Digital Agency Law x Digital Hackathon 2025, announced March 2026 |

## Built and operated in house

### Hadano AI Cabinet — in development

An evidence-first knowledge base for AI agents, published at [h-c.ai](https://www.h-c.ai/): a character-trigram index ranked by BM25, then a one-hop graph walk seeded by at most three matched chunks, with every hit returned as a verbatim slice of the stored original and served to agents over the Model Context Protocol. Measured at nDCG@10 of 0.58 on SciFact for the keyword stage — a public benchmark, published as a floor rather than a comparison. v2 is in development on a storage engine we wrote in C, tested on Windows x64 and Linux x64, and not installable today; the record is kept at h-c.ai, which the product page links rather than restates.

### Pasha Kintai — in production since February 2026

Attendance management for small Japanese manufacturers: photograph the paper timesheet, and AI-OCR produces a record aggregated under Japanese labor law, with a correction workflow that names its approvers. Launched February 2026; a labor-consultant integration followed in July 2026.

### MiiHawk — in production

Shuttle bus dispatch optimization for factories in Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. NFC and QR boarding data collected on ordinary phones, then a minimum-cost dispatch plan from a mathematical optimization engine. Works offline and syncs later. Reported effect: up to 40 percent less shuttle bus cost, per a customer case published on miihawk.com.

## Fukko Compass — Legal Data Utilization Award

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Award | Legal Data Utilization Award, Digital Agency Law x Digital Hackathon 2025 |
| Announced | March 2026 |
| Team | Team Dango, including Go Kyono of TechJapan LLC |
| Field | 112 participants across 20 teams; ten teams reached the final |
| Source | [Official announcement, Digital Agency](https://www.digital.go.jp/policies/legal-practice/6acf8ad5-3668-4db4-b998-1c20eff10017) |

After a disaster, the support a household is entitled to is scattered across national programs, prefectural programs and municipal programs, each defined in its own statute, and nobody in the middle of a disaster is in a position to reconcile them. Fukko Compass reads that legal data, works out which programs apply to a specific household’s situation, and says what to do next and in what order.

It is the same problem this company exists to solve, in its most consequential form: the knowledge was public the whole time, and unusable because it was never structured.

## The same stack, pointed at your problem

Contract engagements run on the technology and the people that build the products above. That is deliberate: we are unwilling to recommend an architecture we do not operate ourselves.

- [Ontology and knowledge graph construction](https://www.tech-japan.jp/services/ontology/) — terminology control, graph design, and retrieval accuracy measured against a fixed gold set
- [AI integration](https://www.tech-japan.jp/services/) — three phases, ending in handover on a date agreed at the start
- [kintone and AI](https://www.tech-japan.jp/services/kintone/) — AI-OCR, LLM integration, agent automation and search on top of kintone
- [Offshore development](https://www.tech-japan.jp/services/offshore/) — partner teams in Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar, with quality control retained in Japan
